How long does it take to ship my order?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. Times may be longer during promotions, live sales events, holidays and our store closing times.

Currently, we do not offer priority shipping for faster delivery times.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy! We cannot accept returns for many items due to their personal nature, such as essential oils, earrings, sage and more. However, we can offer store credit for rocks and specimens. Please let us know within 10 days with the order number to our info@rocknsoulgems.com email address. We will send you an address to ship to with a return code for the order to be processed. Shipping and Return to us is at your expense. Please send in the same way it was carefully packaged to you with any packing materials we used. Once the return has been inspected we can offer a store credit minus 20% restocking fee.
